You'll walk away with the clarity that you need PLUS an insight into what you can expect after completing 12 weeks of coaching with me.

This is for you if you are READY to FEEL a change from within. You're tired of trying to follow plans and habits that work for other people and not for you. You want to learn how to not let your feelings and emotions get in the way of your health goals. You want to form habits and behaviours that are aligned with who you, your priorities, preferences and your goals. You want to learn how to reduce that anxiety around food or any other health habits that you have been unable to form. You want to find YOUR WAY of doing it and 6 sessions seems like a comfortable start.
